Hillwood Dropping New Industrial Spec at Alliance

NORTHLAKE, TX—Hillwood, developer of the 26,000-acre master-planned AllianceTexas development, will build three new speculative industrial buildings totaling almost 1.5 million square feet. The space is comprised of two buildings in Alliance Northport and one building in Alliance Westport.

When fully expanded, the Alliance Westport facility will be one of the largest distribution centers available in the United States. Each building will break ground in March and be complete in the fourth quarter of this year. These new additions bring Hillwood’s total amount of speculative industrial space at AllianceTexas during the past year to nearly 4 million square feet.
