ELWOOD PARK, NJ—Longtime industry professional David Violette, who currently manages more than nine million square feet of commercial real estate throughout New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania, has joined Lee & Associates New Jersey, as executive director.
“My goals include increasing the market penetration of Lee & Associates' property management by identifying new opportunities and optimizing the level of service requirements for all of our clients,” Violette says.
“David has a proven track record of successful management of industrial, office and retail space throughout Northern and Central New Jersey,” says Brian Lynch, principal, Lee & Associates. “David's primary objective will be to provide comprehensive support for our clients across all stages of the value chain. He joins our dedicated staff and I think he will be able to implement his ideas for further growth quickly,”
With Violette's arrival, Lee & Associates New Jersey now manages more than 11 million square feet of New Jersey and Pennsylvania property.
Before joining Lee & Associates, Violette was director of property management at NAI DiLeo-Bram. He brings more than 30 years of experience in real estate management. He services a client portfolio that includes Cabot Properties, Prudential, and Blackstone among others.
Violette holds a BS in accounting from Northeastern University and became a CPA in 1987. He currently serves on the executive committee for the Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the New Jersey Society of CPAs.
