PHILADELPHIA, PA—Macro Consultants named Dodie Williams director, project management. Williams joins Macro from Jones Lang LaSalle, where she was vice president of project and development services, overseeing a department of fifteen employees across three states.

Macro's managing principal, Michael Glatt, emphasized the value Williams brings to Macro at a pivotal time in the company's growth.

Dodie's experience in the real estate industry and her breadth of technical expertise is impressive,” he says. “Dodie is a stand-out leader, known by both her clients and colleagues in the industry for her exceptional work, her strong work ethic, and her dedication to excellence.”

Williams has more than 15 years of expertise in project management, commercial real estate development, construction management, and contract negotiation, most recently overseeing JLL's project and development activities in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey. Williams blended her project management expertise with marketing initiatives, creating products regarded highly by clients, employers, and industry leaders alike.

Williams is looking forward to bringing her experience to Macro, noting the similarities between Macro's principles and values with her own.

“One of the reasons I was attracted to Macro was the incredible brand recognition they have in the industry for providing unequaled project management services within a unique culture,” she says. “Macro's fantastic reputation in the industry is a testament to its top tiered team and service platform along with its unrivaled commitment to its clients. I also pride myself on these ideals, and as such, I am thrilled to be a part of such an exceptional legacy coming on the heels of their twenty-fifth anniversary.”

Recognized by her peers as a leader and a mentor, Williams received a 2014 JLL Spotlight Award for her efforts and commitments to advancing diversity in the workplace. Before joining the real estate industry, Williams worked in the pharmaceutical industry in various analyst and operational roles.

Williams holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Gwynedd Mercy University. She is a LEED Accredited Professional.
