CHICAGO, IL—A former Colliers International executive, Thomas Hollinden, has been named senior director, transaction management, in CBRE's Chicago Occupier Advisory & Transaction Services team.
“We are fortunate to have someone of Tom's caliber and experience join the team,” says Jamie Georgas, senior managing director, CBRE.
Hollinden was a transaction manager in Colliers' Corporate Solutions Group, responsible for delivering integrated portfolio transaction management, project management and advisory services to clients nationwide. Before that, he led several corporate accounts for Jones Lang LaSalle. He began his career in tenant representation at Grubb & Ellis.
He holds a BS in Finance from Indiana University and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. He is a former president of the Sugar Beet Food Co-op and has held served on the boards of Seven Generations Ahead and EarthShare.
