CHICAGO, ILBrad Serot has been named vice chairman, the highest producer ranking at CBRE. Part of CBRE's Occupier Advisory and Transactions business, Serot has been directly involved in more than $6 billion in transactions since joining the firm in 2001.

Serot works with occupiers of all sizes to develop and deliver creative real estate strategies.  He has been integral in building CBRE Chicago's tech practice, which is now the preeminent leader in the market representing almost 50 percent of the top 100 tech firms in Chicago.  His clients include some of the fastest growing technology companies in the world and the largest financial service companies in the US.

He is consistently one of CBRE Chicago's top 10 producers, as well a four-time member of the Colbert Coldwell Circle, which recognizes the top 100 CBRE producers in the Americas.
