LOS ANGELES—CBRE Healthcare will provide property management and portfolio services for Providence St. Joseph Health's 14-million-square foot medical office portfolio

PSJH is a not-for-profit, Catholic health system that employs more than 119,000 people in Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Washington. Its system offices are based in Renton, Washington and Irvine, California.

PSJH is in the process of transforming its service delivery to more directly support the full continuum of care, including community-based, acute and post-acute care. After a competitive bid process, the health system selected CBRE to deliver and implement real estate and facility solutions.

“Our healthcare practice is designed to identify areas of opportunity that ultimately help improve the quality of patient care,” Kevin Kraiss, West Division President for CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions business, says in a prepared statement.
