Mid-States Distribution The building, formerly housing the American Paint Horse Association, spans 40,000 square feet.

FORT WORTH—Mid-States Distributing Company Inc., a retailer in the farm store channel, will relocate its corporate headquarters from Minneapolis to the Mercantile Center. The 65-year-old company purchased a two-story building, nearly doubling its previous headquarters space, and will be the only occupant with more than 100 employees.

The building, formerly the location of the American Paint Horse Association, spans 40,000 square feet and is located at 2800 Meacham Blvd. The new campus offers a variety of amenities including an abundant number of parking spaces, a large loading dock for shipping and receiving, large meeting spaces, an on-site cafeteria and an outdoor courtyard. Additionally, a third wing is available for construction, which can add as much as 20,000 square feet.

NAI Robert Lynn's Fort Worth office division partner Colt Power arranged the sale, representing both Mid-States Distributing and American Paint Horse Association. This transaction marks the conclusion of American Paint Horse Association's property disposition. Power also helped secure the new national headquarters relocation for the association at the Fort Worth Stockyards Horse and Mule Barns.
