ATLANTA—Software firm Brightree LLC will relocate its corporate headquarters to more than 60,000 square feet of space in Technology Park in the Peachtree Corners submarket here.

The company, founded in 2002, is currently headquartered in Lawrenceville, GA. Brightree, which is a subsidiary of ResMed, has leased 60,500 square feet of former office and warehouse space at Bureau 125 Tech Park, a renovation by Atlanta-based developer Parkside Partners. Brightree, which makes cloud-based software for healthcare organization, was acquired by ResMed in 2016 for $800 million.

“Relocating to Peachtree Corners puts our company close to the area's new amenities, which made our decision even easier,” says Matt Mellott, CEO of Brightree.

Cushman & Wakefield, which represented Brightree in the transaction, says that the building is part of a master plan to create infrastructure and attractive office loft space to attract technology companies to the park. The project will feature exposed brick, high ceilings and access to the 11.5-mile multi-use Peachtree Corners Tech Park Trail, which will connect the property to the city's new retail and housing projects.

Boston-based Cushman & Wakefield team involved in the deal included Rory Murray, Executive Vice President and Global Real Estate Portfolio Expert on the Global Occupier Services Team, and Michael Weiss, Director, Global Occupier Services.

“One way for tech companies to attract top-tier employees is by choosing a workplace with a wow factor,” C&W's Weiss. “When you combine a newly renovated office with first class amenities and a convenient location, you create a true community with a tangible vibrancy.”
