NEW YORK CITY—SCOR scored a 75,000-square-foot, long-term leaseat 28 Liberty St. The Paris-based global reinsurance company willmove into the 53rd and 54th floors of Fosun Hive Holdings'landmarked, Financial District skyscraper in the third quarter ofthis year. The rents are in the mid-high $70s for the towerfloors.
SCOR is staying in Lower Manhattan relocating its New York Cityheadquarters from 199 Water St.
