28 Liberty St. 28 Liberty St., in Lower Manhattan's Financial District

NEW YORK CITY—SCOR scored a 75,000-square-foot, long-term lease at 28 Liberty St. The Paris-based global reinsurance company will move into the 53rd and 54th floors of Fosun Hive Holdings' landmarked, Financial District skyscraper in the third quarter of this year. The rents are in the mid-high $70s for the tower floors.

SCOR is staying in Lower Manhattan relocating its New York City headquarters from 199 Water St.
