PITTSBURGH, PA—As part of Jones Lang LaSalle's continued growth in Pittsburgh, the firm is adding two veteran appraisers as part of its Valuation & Advisory Services platform.

N. Todd Albert, MAI, joins the firm as a managing director. He will be based in Pittsburgh and is charged with overseeing the management of a staff of commercial property appraisers as well as business development, client services and appraisal for JLL's Valuation & Advisory Services in the Great Lakes region.

Rob Delisio is joining JLL as a vice president in the firm's Pittsburgh office, where he will be providing appraisal services for all major asset classes, including retail, office, multi-family, and industrial.

Albert brings more than 15 years of experience to JLL, most recently at Colliers International, according to his LinkedIn profile. He is a Designated Member of the Appraisal Institute and is a certified appraiser in New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Michigan. Albert has extensive experience providing commercial property appraisals, market/feasibility studies, consultations, appraisal review, litigation support and expert witness testimony. He holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.

Delisio also joins JLL from Colliers International. He brings more than 11 years of appraisal experience and is licensed across Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio and New York. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.

JLL's Valuation & Advisory platform leverages the firm's global experience and deep knowledge of local real estate markets to provide accurate, reliable evaluations of a wide range of commercial property types. JLL performs valuations and appraisals for single assets, global portfolios and a range of property types.
