HARRISBURG, PA—The Kislak Company arranged the $12.8 million sale of Crooked Hill Townhomes, 3204 Vesta Lane and Diana Drive in Harrisburg, PA.

The sale included 68 out of 72 townhome condominiums.

Kislak president Robert Holland arranged the sale on behalf of the seller, New Crooked Hill Associates and New Crooked Hill General Partners, and the purchaser, Lisa G LLC.

“These are unsold condos being operated as a rental property given their condominium quality finishes and amenities,” says Holland. “The units command some of the highest rents and therefore value in the Harrisburg rental market.”

The townhomes have pitched roofs, vinyl siding, and stone accents. There are six different floor plans, many with basements, and square footage ranging from 1,689 square feet to 2,433 square feet. Units have private entrances and either one or two car garages with electric openers and other amenities. Tenants are responsible for paying for gas, electricity, water, and trash.

The property is conveniently located close to shopping and dining, Interstate 81 and 83, and downtown Harrisburg. It is 20 minutes from Hershey.
