Gateway Plaza The Burlington-anchored 136,553-square-foot Gateway Plaza was completed in 2008.

LIVE OAK, TX—Situated on 13.7 acres at 7505, 7513 and 7529 North Loop 1604 East, Gateway Plaza is at the corner of Interstate 35 and Loop 1604 approximately 16 miles north of downtown San Antonio in a northeast suburb. More than 78,700 residents earning an average annual household income of $82,243 live within a three-mile radius of the center.

Nooner Holdings recently purchased the 136,553-square-foot retail center for an undisclosed price. The Burlington-anchored property was completed in 2008 and is 98.3% leased to a variety of national and local tenants, including Goodwill, Laser Legend, Furniture Now, James Avery Craftsman and Great Clips, among others.

HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Tryperion Partners. Additionally, HFF brokered the sale of this property to then-buyer Tryperion Partners in 2014.

HFF's investment advisory team included managing director John Taylor, director Drew Fuller, and analysts Josh Villarreal and Kyle Shaffer.
