RADNOR, PA—Retail specialist and 31-year industry veteran Ken Bleznak has joined the CBRE's Radnor, PA, office as executive vice president, a move CBRE says further enhances its retail real estate services in the region.

“Known for his deep understanding of retail real estate, retailer's business imperatives and how best to navigate these disruptive times, Ken will undoubtedly enhance our retail services platform throughout the greater Philadelphia region and across the country,” says Adam Mullen, market leader, CBRE. “CBRE continues to aggressively invest in and grow our retail practice in Philadelphia, and Ken's proven track record of delivering exceptional outcomes for his clients only further proves that commitment.”

Bleznak will focus on tenant representation and consulting services both nationally and in the greater Philadelphia region.

Before joining CBRE, Bleznak founded Atlantic Real Estate Group in Bala Cynwyd, PA, where he served as president since 2002. Before launching Atlantic, Bleznak worked at Jackson-Cross (Insignia/ESG), Metro Commercial and Colliers International.

“I have been very fortunate to have worked with many of the top tenants, developers and brokers in our industry,” says Bleznak. “I have learned so much about our business and how best to serve my clients as an advocate and advisor. CBRE offers me the opportunity to use my skills and knowledge on a much larger scale. The quality of their team and best in class resources will allow me to assist my current and future clients at the highest possible level.”

Using this long and diverse experience in the industry, Bleznak has helped to design and execute many of his clients' trade area and site analytics as well as multi-market expansion programs.

Throughout his career, Bleznak has represented some of the premier names in the retail industry including Whole Foods, CVS, Wawa, BJ's Restaurant Group, California Pizza Kitchen, Redstone American Grill, Lululemon, Dave & Buster's, A.C. Moore and Citizens Bank, among others. He has worked with national and local landlords as a broker and consultant to redevelop and reposition their assets for optimal tenant mix and value.
