PHILADELPHIA, PA—Christopher J. Condon, a seasoned construction executive formerly with Brandywine Realty Trust, has joined Coretrust Capital Partners as vice president-development and construction. Condon is responsible for capital and tenant improvement projects at the firm's investment properties in the West Coast, Southwest and Mid-Atlantic regions.
Condon most recently was executive director of tenant improvement construction with Brandywine Realty Trust in Philadelphia, where he managed a team of project managers in Philadelphia, Northern Virginia and Austin, TX.
Before that, he led the development and construction of Subaru of America's US headquarters in Camden, NJ. He worked with the Coretrust team at Thomas Properties Group for six years, managing construction activities at One and Two Commerce Square in Philadelphia.

Condon holds a BA degree in communications from Catholic University of America. He is a member of BOMA and closely involved with For Pete's Sake Cancer Respite Foundation based in Plymouth Meeting, PA.
