Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community, 9101 North Ambassador Drive, Kansas City, MO
KANSAS CITY, MO—Tutera Senior Living & Health Care, a developer and operator of state-of-the-art senior living communities, will open its newest upscale, continuum-of-care senior living community in the Northland next month. The $55 million, 289,000-square-foot Tiffany Springs Senior Living Community will be located at 9101 North Ambassador Drive in Kansas City, MO. Tutera expects the 172 independent living apartment homes at Tiffany Springs to be available beginning in June 2019, followed by 89 memory care and assisted living residential units in July 2019.
The community will be comprised of 95,000 square feet of indoor living space, as well as three outdoor-living spaces, on 4.1 acres. Each one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den and two-bedroom apartment home will feature high-end appliances, upscale finishes, high ceilings, balconies and large windows. With a range of residential options, the new community is designed to meet the diverse lifestyle preferences of every senior who calls Tiffany Springs home.

A distinct amenity available to Tiffany Springs residents will be priority access to a full complement of post-acute health care services. The new residential community will be connected via a breezeway to Tutera's Tiffany Springs Rehabilitation & Health Care Center that offers both short-term rehabilitation services and extended stays.
Tutera is tapping its 30 years of national senior living expertise to bring the services and amenities most valued by residents, their families and staff to Tiffany Springs. To complete the project, Tutera engaged an award-winning team, including Nearing Staats Prelogar & Jones Architects (Prairie Village, KS), BHC RHODES (engineering firm in Overland Park, KS) and Luke Draily Construction Company (Riverside, MO).
