Irvine and Silicon Valley, CA—Ten-X Commercial recently launched a new tool that allows commercial real estate brokers and sellers to market their portfolios online.

With the new tool, sellers and brokers can track the performance of their portfolio of assets, review lead activity, and view the dashboard at the individual property level or in an aggregated portfolio view.

“We worked closely with our customers, sellers and brokers and as a result, recognized a need for better portfolio management,” Neelika Choudhury, senior vice president of Product Strategy at Ten-X Commercial, tells GlobeSt.com.

Using a single web page, brokers and sellers can now highlight an entire portfolio with pictures and other interactive content. There is also a dashboard that shows details on potential buyers, page views, real-time lead activity, and vault visits and also tracks sales proceeds over time.

“The dashboard gives us visibility into all activity in the portfolio in real time, including important data on prequalified buyers,” explains Choudhury.

Data on prequalified buyers plus other similarly important information is, of course, vital to transacting business in the commercial real estate industry.

Ten-X is partnering with commercial real estate brokers to develop additional new features for buyers and sellers.

“We have gotten a lot of positive responses from listening to our customers,” says Choudhury. “It's taken a lot of scenarios to make this entire platform successful and user friendly.”
