NEW YORK CITY—Jack Resnick & Sons has signed an expansion lease and a new tenant lease totaling 94,965 square feet at One Seaport Plaza. Although the company declined to provide the lengths of the leases, it notes asking rents for the deals ranged from the high $50s to low $60s per square foot.
The 35-story, 1.1 million square-foot office skyscraper has an alternate address of 199 Water St.
