Guy Wolfington Named Development VP at Endurance
Wolfington's appointment will enable Endurance to source more off-market opportunities, according to Benjamin Cohen, managing principal and CEO.
RADNOR, PA—Endurance Real Estate Group, a real estate investment and development firm, named industry veteran Guy Wolfington vice president of development to complement Endurance’s existing senior development personnel.
“This position will strengthen the depth of our organization and our ability to be responsive to the many development opportunities we are presented in the Mid-Atlantic region,” says Benjamin Cohen, managing principal and CEO of Endurance Real Estate Group. “With Guy’s addition and 20-plus years of development experience, we will also be able to source more off-market opportunities in our efforts to find attractive development opportunities for our institutional and private investors.”
Wolfington is responsible for the execution of all disciplines within the development life cycle; including acquisition due diligence, land development permitting and approvals and horizontal and vertical construction. Wolfington also is responsible for creating and maintaining strategic relationships with public and private real estate development partners.
Endurance is currently developing a 1.1 million square-foot speculative bulk distribution warehouse in Pittston, PA. Wolfington will also oversee three projects in Eastern PA totaling nearly 1.4 million square feet in 5 buildings, representing more than $100 million of construction activity.
Before joining Endurance, he was director of regional development with MLP Ventures (formally O’Neill Properties Group) for 21 years. MLP is a regional, in-fill brownfields re-developer. While there he oversaw the development, construction and leasing of more than three million square feet of commercial, retail and residential space across the Mid-Atlantic region. Wolfington previously held a series of progressively responsible positions in enrollment management, sales and marketing with Jefferson University and in credit and finance with Bank of America.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola University Maryland and an MBA from Jefferson University.
