DALLAS—Two shopping center transactions recently closed in DFW. The first was the sale of McAlister Square in Burleson, TX. The 169,378-square-foot center, anchored by Academy Sports & Outdoors, is located at 12700 South Fwy.
Venture Commercial's Jonathan Cooper, John Zikos and Don C. Miller represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Kevin McIntosh of the KMAC Group Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Venture also facilitated the sale of Woodbridge Centre, a 22,063-square-foot Kroger shadow-anchored retail center in Wylie, TX. The buyer of the center located at 803 and 805 Woodbridge Pkwy. is Asset Preservation Inc. for Genecov Investments Ltd.
The buyer was represented by Venture's John Zikos. The seller was represented by Jason Vitorino at STRIVE. Financial terms were not disclosed.
