Membership privileges at Serendipity Labs include network access to every location across the country
MIDDLETON, WI—New York based Serendipity Labs Coworking, will open a shared workplace on the sixth floor of 525 Junction Road in Middleton, WI this summer. The 23,000 sq. ft. location will be owned and operated by franchisee Ryan Jacobson, who is bringing 15 years of experience as a hotelier to what is often referred to as the newest hospitality industry.
“Serendipity Labs is a premium shared office and coworking brand that will help Madison-area businesses grow by providing an unmatched level of service and hospitality,” says Jacobson. “In the same way that businesses rely on a trusted hotel brand, they also need a network of well-designed workplaces that offer an elevated way to work. As the capitol city, Madison is a hub of economic development activity. It is community-focused, entrepreneurial and thriving; the perfect place to open a Serendipity Labs.”
Serendipity Labs Madison - Middleton will feature floor to ceiling windows that showcase stunning views of Madison. The complimentary covered parking and walkway will ensure members can get from their car to the office no matter the weather, while the business park offers first class restaurants, premier banking, finance, and many retail shopping options. It is right off the Beltline, providing easy access to downtown and the University.
“Madison - Middleton is an ideal location for us and a great way to expand our Midwest network that also includes Wauwatosa, Chicago, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh and Columbus,” says John Arenas, chairman and CEO of Serendipity Labs. “We are thrilled to be growing our brand of shared offices and coworking in Wisconsin and look forward to serving the community both locally and when they travel across the country.”
The Lab will have offices and team rooms for one to ten people and can accommodate requests for custom-built team suites for up to 50. A coworking lounge, Lab Café and first-class meeting and event facilities for up to 75 will be available. Individual workstyle preferences are designed into every Serendipity Labs with sit-stand desks, focus rooms for privacy, and wellness rooms for nursing mothers, prayer and meditation. Abundant natural light makes each day welcoming and inviting. Thoughtfully designed collaborative and social areas encourage interaction. Curated art shows from local artists and member-only events create an environment that is engaging and inspiring.
Large companies and smaller ones that need an agile office option turn to Serendipity Labs as a trusted real estate alternative because it meets enterprise standards for business confidentiality and employee security. Members and guests must have key card access or be registered at the desk. The IT platform is both HIPAA and Sarbanes-Oxley audit trail compliant and the mobile booking app makes it easy to be welcomed in any Lab across the country.
