ORLANDO, FL—A three-member office services team from Colliers International has jumped ship and moved to Cushman & Wakefield's Central Florida office here.

Todd Davis, CCIM, SIOR and Robert Kellogg, CCIM will join Cushman & Wakefield as senior directors, while Colin Morrison will hold the title of director with Cushman & Wakefield, the brokerage reports.

Davis, Kellogg and Morrison have worked as team for more than four years and bring 40 years of combined experience in the Orlando office market. At Colliers International, the three brokers consistently ranked as a top-producing team. In 2018 alone, they completed more than 60 lease transactions within Central Florida office market.
