BURLINGTON, MA—A new flexible office platform that goes by the name “Built” is being launched this month at Spear Capital's Center at Corporate Drive property here. The company on its website reveals additional locations are planned in Dallas and Minneapolis.

The firm behind Built states that the new platform will offer tenants turn-key, pre-built space fully furnished with best-in-class finishes and modern workstations. Through the Built platform, tenants will be afforded their own private workspace without the traditional capital expense or long-term lease commitment. Built office suites will be fit with what the company terms as “robust technology infrastructure, providing users with a plug-and-play platform that allows them to focus on running their business.”

The 4,200-square-foot suite at the 496,000-square-foot Center at Corporate Drive in Burlington will offer high-speed Internet and Wi-Fi, wall-mounted presentation displays, enterprise copier/scanner/printer functionality, in-suite coffee, and badge-entry security. Tenants will also have full access to the complex's on-site amenity program, which includes modern lobbies, an on-site eatery, tenant lounge and coffee bar, conference facility, fitness center and newly renovated outdoor patio and lawn space.

In its press announcement, Built states that it plans to announce additional flexible-office locations across the U.S. later this year. However, the company's website reports that coming soon include a 4,400-square-foot location at the Landmark Center in Dallas and a 2,200-square-foot site at the Colwell building in Minneapolis.
