Private investor AHO LLC has acquired a 16,889-square-foot medical office property located at 864 South Robertson Boulevard near Beverly Hills. Optimus Properties sold the fully leased building for $11.9 million.

This was an unusual asset in that it included office, legal and medical office space. Optimus upgraded the property in 2018, adding a new lobby, façade, bathrooms, elevator cab finishes, LED lighting, flooring and access security system. It also brought the property to full occupancy.

NKF senior managing directors Steven Salas and Daniel Chiprut and broker services specialist Britney Kagawa represented the seller in the deal. According to the brokers, there is a shortage of quality medical office product on the Westside, which is helping to drive strong demand for this an like product.
