Kelly M. Farrell Becomes New CEO of CallisonRTKL

Farrell will replace the architecture firm’s current CEO Tim Neal, who will step down later this month.

Kelly M. Farrell has been named president and CEO of architecture firm CallisonRTKL, an affiliate of Arcadis. A 20-year industry veteran and registered architect, Farrell joined the firm in 2004 and has worked her way through management positions while spearheading a diverse portfolio of projects. She will replace current CEO Tim Neal when he steps down on May 10.

Farrell is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. During her tenure with CallisonRTKL, she has served as both workplace global practice Group Leader and EVP for projects and partnerships. Additionally, she has been a member of the firm’s executive committee since 2016, and has played a role in shaping firm’s strategy and direction. Her portfolio includes multifamily developments, mixed-use districts and workplace commissions.

In her role as president and CEO, Farrell plans to expand and diversify the firm’s talent base, while remaining committed to integrating new technologies.
