HACKENSACK, NJ— The law firm Kaufman Dolowich Voluck has signed a lease expansion with building owner Alfred Sanzari Enterprises for 14,745 square feet of office space at Court Plaza North located at 25 Main St. here.

The lease expansion marks the second time that Kaufman Dolowich Voluck has expanded its footprint at the three-building, 335,000-square-foot Court Plaza office complex over the past 10 years.

Originally, Kaufman Dolowich Voluck occupied 3,372 square feet at the Court Plaza South building located at 21 Main St. and just two years later, the law firm expanded into a 7,498-square-foot office in the same building. The firm’s extraordinary growth necessitated a third move, this time to the Court Plaza North building, Alfred Sanzari stated in a press announcement.

“Throughout our history, building long-standing relationships with our tenants has been crucial to our continued success,” says Stephen Jennings, VP of leasing and marketing for Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “As our tenants grow and evolve, we consider ourselves partners in their expansion through providing spaces like Court Plaza that are ideally suited to their business’ short-term and long-term needs.”

Over its 30-year history, Kaufman Dolowich Voluck has grown from a four-person labor and employment law boutique firm into a national law firm with a client roster that includes marquee private and insurance clients in the United States, Bermuda and the United Kingdom. The firm now employs more than 145 attorneys across numerous practices including Labor & Employment, Insurance Coverage & Litigation, Professional Liability, Construction, Homeowner Associations, Financial Services, Insurance Regulatory & Transactional, Cyber Security, Maritime, Shared Economy and Hospitality.

At another Hackensack property, Alfred Sanzari Enterprises announced on April 26 that BITE Food & Coffee Co., a 3,000-square-foot restaurant and café serving unique menu offerings and gourmet coffee beverages, opened at The Alfred N. Sanzari Medical Arts Building at 360 Essex St.
