$145M Condo Project Planned for Desert Ridge

Developer the Statesmen Group is breaking ground on The Luxe, a $145 million luxury condo development in the Desert Ridge area of North Phoenix. The first phase of the project has sold 20 of the 30 homes available. The developer plans to announce the launch of the second-phase sales at the ground breaking event.

The Luxe features single-story, two- and three-bedroom condominiums ranging in size from 1,632 to 2,281 square feet and priced from the mid $700,000 range. The second phase will build 35 homes, with four additional development phases to follow.

The ground breaking ceremony is Friday, May 10, with city leaders, community groups, future residents and partners scheduled to be in attendance.
