Property management firm Sunrise Management has pegged Los Angeles as one of its top growth markets. With a rapidly growing portfolio of apartment units under management, Sunrise has hired Shane Robinson as regional VP to oversee all property management functions for the firm's Los Angeles County portfolio. Robinson, who brings more than 20 years of experience managing multifamily properties to the firm, says that the Los Angeles market is a natural expansion market for the firm, which has a portfolio of 13,000 properties throughout the Western US.
