Genesis KC Development sells a new construction dialysis development in Carson in a competitive all-cash transaction. The Corotto Co. Inc. purchased the property for $7.7 million, and sold before it could be marketed broadly. The deal is an example of the strong demand for quality healthcare product.

Located at 20920 Chico Street in Carson, the 11,462-square-foot facility is fully leased to DaVita. The tenant has a long-term lease with attractive rental increases every five years and multiple options to renew beyond the primary term.

Stan Johnson Co. represented the seller in the transaction. Martin Starr of ASU Commercial represented the buyer.
