Real estate law firm Allen Matkins has named Ariel Shaeps and Elizabeth Wilgenburg as partner. The two attorneys are based in the firm's Century City office. Shaeps focuses on complex construction matters, and Wilgenburg specializes in large office lease deals, respectively. Additionally, the firm named a third attorney to partner, Paul W. Nash in the San Francisco office. Focusing on commercial and residential development, Shaeps has closed a variety of complex transactions totaling over $7 billion in design and construction all over the West Coast. Specializing in representing landlords in lease transactions, Wilgenburg has leased more than 17 million square feet of space since joining Allen Matkins with a roster of clients that includes Facebook's lease at Park Tower, Dropbox's lease at The Exchange, and Salesforce's lease at Salesforce Tower. Both Shaeps and Wilgenburg begin their tenure as partner on July 1, 2019.
