Sundt Construction Promotes Nicole Calamaio

Calamaio was named VP of talent management, where she will oversee administrative workforce development.

Tempe-based Sundt Construction has promoted Nicole Calamaio to VP of talent management. In the new role, Calamaio will spearhead human resources, total rewards and administrative workforce development. Additionally, she will continue to focus on building client relationships.

Calamaio joined the firm in 2014 of total rewards. Then, in 2017, she was promoted to corporate director of human resources. During her time at the firm, she has redesigned the company's compensation program and employee benefits program to make them among the best in the industry.

She is a 14 year industry veteran, and holds a masters in human resources from the University of Minnesota.
