Stein Collection Launches Luxury Housing Group

Park City-based the Stein Collection has merged Stein Eriksen Lodge Real Estate and Chateaux Realty to form Stein Eriksen Realty Group, a new luxury brokerage firm that will serve Stein Collection properties. The Stein Collection owns a $500 million portfolio that includes luxury real estate at Stein Eriksen Lodge, The Chateaux Deer Valley, The Residences at The Chateaux, and the new Stein Eriksen Residences.

The Stein Collection serves thousands of customers, giving the brokerage firm an instant foothold in the market. In addition to serving the Stein Collection, the brokerage firm will also represent buyers and sellers in Deer Valley and Park City.

Kristen Barber will serve as principal broker of Stein Eriksen Realty Group, and Sara Werbelow will serve as associate broker.
