First Service Residential has expanded its desert multifamily portfolio. The property management company was selected to provide management services for Paradiso Community Association, a collection of 233 single-family homes with space to construct an additional 177 more in Indio.

First Service Residential was selected for its commitment to compliance. Its major focus will be to support the community, service homeowners and execute the association's vision for the community.

The gated property has a diverse tenant base of young professionals, retirees and families. The management company took its position May 1.
