This week, the Southern Land Co. will break ground on its latest apartment development, a 324-unit luxury mid-rise apartment complex at Symphony Park in Las Vegas. Sitting on six acres, the development is the first apartment development at Symphony Park.
The property will include a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, along with 14,500 square feet of retail space. It is located near Donald W. Reynolds Symphony Park just north of The Smith Center for the Performing Arts.
At the ground breaking ceremony, the developer will announce the name of the project. Tim Downey, CEO of Southern Land Co., Mayor Carolyn G. Goodman of the City of Las Vegas and Cedric Crear, councilman and Ward 5 of the City of Las Vegas are expected to attend the event.
