Medical office users are continuing to expand in Phoenix. Mountain Park Health Center has signed a 20,997-square-foot lease at West Valley Medical Center in Goodyear, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. The 15-year lease has a total value of $9.5 million.

Mountain Park Health Center beat out two other tenants for the space, an illustration of the growing demand from medical office users. This lease deal brings the property to 100% occupancy.

Kidder Mathews' SVP Michael Dupuy and VP Rachael Thompson represented the landlord, NewStreet Properties of Omaha, Nebraska, while SVP Fletcher Perry represented Mountain Park Health Center.
