Cushman & Wakefield Bolsters Boston Office with New Hires, Appointments
Cushman and Wakefield now has more than 190 professionals who service the New England region.
BOSTON—Cushman & Wakefield has added seven new commercial real estate professionals to its operations here, shortly after it promoted two members of its team to leadership positions at its Boston-based Lease Audit and Lease Administration groups.
The seven new hires include associate Maeve Cleary who comes to Cushman & Wakefield from Social Venture Partners. Prior to her role there, she worked at Skyword for almost two years.
Cushman and Wakefield now has more than 190 professionals who service the New England region.
Sabrina Dello Russo has joined the firm as a senior director after spending the past 11 years as a real estate transaction manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance. She joins C&W with experience in project management, market analysis, lease negotiations and building long lasting customer relationships. Transaction services director, capital markets Sara Forino, joins Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE, where she spent six years working in client services with the Capital Markets and Industrial Brokerage teams.
Rachel Igoe joins the West & South Suburban team as an associate. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Igoe worked at Synergy Investments for three years in property management roles and as a tenant coordinator at Transwestern RBJ.
Associate Shayne O’Neil joins Cushman & Wakefield’s North Suburban brokerage team from Boston Properties where he worked on the suburban and downtown teams as a property management coordinator. He previously interned with Nordblom Management Co. and served as lead development representative at Aspen Technology.
Rounding out the new hires, Andrew Sansom is now SVP, project management with C&W. He has been with Cushman & Wakefield for more than 12 years, but recently transitioned to the New England region from Global Occupier Services to the Boston Property and Development Services group. Sarah Swanson, project manager, joins Cushman & Wakefield after spending seven years working in various roles in project and development services and as associate project manager at JLL.
The new hires come a little more than a week after C&W announced that Deanne Munger and Reena Patel were named managing directors with the Boston-based Lease Audit and Lease Administration groups.
“Deanne and Reena are both team players who have made significant contributions to the company during their tenure. We are proud to elevate them and recognize their talents,” said Carolyn Sidor, managing principal at Cushman & Wakefield.
Munger has more than 25 years in the real estate industry. She has a background in property accounting and building management for a variety of commercial property types including office, industrial, lab, retail and mixed-use. Munger will lead the Boston-based Lease Audit group, which includes Wildry Herrera and Vanessa Khouy.
Patel has been with Cushman & Wakefield for more than 13 years and manages lease portfolios, reviews lease language and business terms, and provides negotiation support and lease abstracting services. Patel will lead the Boston-based Lease Administration group which includes Julian Cure, Rae Dearborn, Sharon Joyce and Denise Orlando.
