AUSTIN, TX—South Florida real estate firm PointOne Holdings and partner NRP Group are constructing a 308-unit luxury class-A multifamily development, The Knoll at South Congress. The community will include a resident clubroom and business center, fitness center, pool with outdoor grilling areas, a dog park and spa, attached garages, a community sky lounge, package concierge service, and bike storage.

Located in the South Congress submarket, the Knoll at South Congress will have visibility along the South Congress corridor as well as walkability to retail such as the adjacently planned HEB and Thirsty Planet Brewery and more than 2.2 million square feet of stores, grocery, bars and restaurants.
