LOS ANGELES—Over 1200 multifamily industry professionals representing over 500 companies nationwide will gather together at the GlobeSt.Apartments Conference on October 29-30, at the Westin Bonaventure in Los Angeles, CA.

Now in its 29th year, the Apartments conference has become an industry tradition where owners, investors, developers, brokers, financiers and industry resources connect and delve into the many opportunities in this very robust asset class as well as discuss emerging conditions that could lead to larger trends down the road.

This event has become a touchstone for apartment industry executives, giving them a focal point to meet and share ideas and learn about new trends.

“The opportunities for networking and education at this year’s event are innumerable” says Scott Thompson, Vice President & Global Events Director — Real Estate. For example, the GlobeSt.com Connect app provides conference attendees with the ability to network with hundreds of multifamily executives via e-schedule. Last year there were over 1,000 interactions.

Additionally, the conference will feature new elements to enhance the networking experience, including the introduction of the Discovery Pavilion, which will have a gathering spot for attendees called the Exchange Cafe. The Pavilion also has a Solutions Stage for product demonstrations and other presentations as well as a virtual reality station, Zen gardens and a Multifamily Activity Zone.

New elements to the conference extend into the program’s agenda as well. While maintaining the highly-anticipated, hallmark features of the program that attendees have come to expect, including the APARTMENTS TechTank, the two-day agenda will incorporate new presentation formats such as three deep dive workshops and APARTMENTS “BIG IDEA” Talks, featuring engaging speakers each exposing new ideas in the multifamily sector.
