Graycor Construction Co. has completed the final phase of construction on 10 West Logistics Center, a two building, a 1.3 million-square-foot fulfillment facility in Phoenix. Built by New York Life Real Estate Investors.

In the final phase of the fulfillment center, Graycor completed the nearly 570,000-square-foot second building, which is fully leased to Amazon. The first building is 660,000 square feet and 48% leased to Ozburn-Hessey Logistics. Andy Markham, Mike Haenel, Will Strong and Phil Haenel at Cushman & Wakefield serve as the exclusive leasing brokers.

The property is a true class-A project with 36-foot clear height, dock-high and grade-level loading, 200-foot minimum truck courts, ESFR fire sprinklers, energy efficient motion sensor lighting, a fenced and secured yard, and ample car and trailer parking.
