The Summit at Copper Square—the first luxury high-rise development in Downtown Phoenix—has leased two ground floor retail spaces to BoSA Donuts and Clear Commercial Advisors. BoSA Donuts will occupy a 1,000-square-foot space and Clear Commercial Advisors will occupy a 2,400 square foot space.

The Summit at Copper Square was built in 2007. At the base of its 23 stories sits 11,000 square feet of retail space. The property has 7,600 square feet of available retail space.

Clear Commercial Advisors purchased the retail space in December 2017.
