Gardenhouse has announced plans to launch sales this summer. The luxury residential building is the first project in the United States from Ma Yansong of MAD Architects. It is scheduled to open in the fall of this year.

The property has three housing options: Sky Villa Collection, Garden Flats Collection and Row House Collection. The sky villas are two-story, three-bedroom penthouses with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. Garden flats are three-bedroom, 2,500-square-foot residences. Finally, the row houses are three-story floor plans and private three-car garages featuring master suites, fireplaces, powder rooms, formal and informal living spaces and upper-level great rooms.

Yansong is known for his work around the globe, including Absolute Towers near Toronto, Clover House in Aichi, Japan, the Conrad Hotel in Beijing, the Harbin Opera House, and UNIC in Paris.
