Trammell Crow Co. and Clarion Partners have launched phase 1B of construction on the Center at Needham Ranch, a massive 54-acre business park on a 132-acre site. The next phase of construction includes a three class-A industrial buildings totaling 417,984 square feet.

The property will feature 30- and 35-foot clear heights, 120-foot minimum truck court depth, ESFR fire sprinklers, abundant dock high loading and secure yards. The project will supply the high demand for class-A space from Los Angeles industrial users.

Phase 1A included three class-A buildings as well. It totaled 451,540 square feet. The General Contractor is Oltman's Construction Co., the architect is HPA, Inc. and the civil engineer is Alliance Land Planning & Engineering. CBRE's Craig Peters and Doug Sonderegger are the leasing agents for the property.
