Hines has secured $220 million in financing for a 673,852-square-foot class-A trophy office building at 1144 15th Street in Denver Colorado. The 17-year fixed-rate loan replaces construction financing secured in 2015. It was secured through a national life insurance company.

Hines completed the 40-story office tower in 2018. It is the first high-rise development in the market in 30 years, and features ground floor retail and 858 parking spaces.

An HFF debt placement team represented the borrower and included senior managing director Eric Tupler.
