Canada-based Western Wealth Capital has acquired Artisan Park, a 198-unit apartment complex in Glendale, AZ, for $22 million from California-based CALCAP Advisors. The sales price equates to $114,141 per unit.

Artisan Park Apartments is a garden-style complex located in a growth market in the West Valley. The property is located near Glendale Community College and just 10 minutes from the Westgate Entertainment District.

ABI Multifamily's Jack Hannum, SVP in the firm's institutional team, represented both the buyer and the seller in the deal.
