Construction is nearing completion of the Tarzana Medical Atrium, a 90,000-square-foot medical office building located across from the Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center. TMA owner Steve Loo, project executives, and representatives from the architect, engineering, and construction companies building the project gathered for a topping-off ceremony, which included installing the final 31-foot, 1,085-pound final beam of the steel structure.
Located at 5411 Etiwanda Ave. in Tarzana, the property sits on a two-acre site, and is the first new building on the medical campus in 25 years. It includes a 420-space parking structure with valet assist. The ground floor will serve California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development medical uses.
The project is planned for completion by the end of the year.
