Real Estate Forum Wants to Hear from Multifamily Influencers
The deadline for Real Estate Forum's next installment of Influencers is fast approaching. Be sure to nominate the people and firms who shape the CRE multifamily market by July 24th.
The multifamily market has continued to rise during an uncertain, wavering economic time. This ever-changing, adapting business has paved the way for owners, investors, developers, brokers and financiers to create an impact.
From developing entire housing complexes to transforming a single building, there are individuals that go beyond providing shelter, by recognizing opportunities to creatively transform neighborhoods and make meaningful impacts on communities. By staying ahead of emerging trends and conditions in the market, these influencers display innovation in their projects and are among the most notable names in the business.
Real Estate Forum is looking to promote these prominent individuals and firms who have helped shape the multifamily real estate market through contributions and successes. These innovators have directly impacted the market’s success and have become crucial to the industry’s future. They will be highlighted in Real Estate Forum’s October issue, as impactful pioneers, who not only influence specific communities but the entire field.

What information/data will I need to apply/?
The complete nomination form, including all questions and word limits, is available for download here. Please note that this is for preparation purposes only. The final nomination must be submitted online.
Who may apply?
The form is open to any individual or organization whose primary business is in multifamily real estate and related fields, such as law, research, design and consulting.
Can I nominate myself?
Yes. We accept self nominations as well as third-party submissions.

How and when will winners be notified?
Editorial staff will send email notifications to the winners and submitters by the middle of August. Due to the high volume of nominations we receive, only those selected will be notified.
When will the issue come out?
Real Estate Forum will profile the Influencers in Multifamily Real Estate in the October 2019 issue, which will be distributed at GlobeSt Multifamily (formerly RealShare) as well as at the NAIOP CRE.Converge event, NMHC Student Housing, SIOR Fall World, CCIM Global and more. Winners will also gain recognition on GlobeSt.com.
Is there a fee to apply?
No. Submission to this, and all of our editorial content, is free.
How do I increase my chances of being selected?
Be as descriptive, yet concise as possible. Sounds redundant, but it’s simple. Provide details on why you think your entry should be chosen as an Influencer, but leave out the fluff, like marketing content and self-congratulatory comments. We don’t mind reading long entries, but don’t hide the items of importance within pages of trivialities. Support your entry and statements with backup information—we love facts and figures—or files such as media coverage.
