A developer operating under the name HSH-Chandler Owner AZ has acquired a 7.49-acre land site to build Cadence at Carino Commons, a full service senior housing project. HSH-Chandler acquired the site from Carino Commons Investors LLC for $3.3 million.

The three-story project 206,283-square-foot project will feature 191 units and include independent living, assisted living and memory care residences. The unit mix will include 26 Memory Care units, 18 Studios, 99 one-bedroom and 48 two-bedroom units. It will break ground in September and is scheduled for delivery in 2021.

Tim Dulany, SVP at Colliers International, represented the buyer, while Larry Ortega, EVP of Colliers International, represented the seller.
