HOUSTON—The Groves, a master-planned community located in northeast Houston, continues to offer amenities, new parks and a variety of new home options that make life in the “Naturehood” unique to the area. New model homes opening within expanded sections of The Groves are available now from builders including Highland Homes, Chesmar Homes and Perry Homes.
These new models and product line-ups are offered for homes starting from the $220,000s to $600,000s. Additional homebuilders within The Groves include Westin Homes, Village Builders, Trendmaker Homes and Lennar.
Home features include game rooms, outdoor living space, multi-car garages and formal dining rooms. The Groves has 13 product line-ups from which to choose.
