The Enclave at 675 Monmouth St. in Jersey City, NJ
JERSEY CITY, NJ—A new residential project geared at providing a boost to the city's neighborhood near the Hoboken border has opened its doors.
Last week, city officials, including Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop, joined executives from the project development team BNE Real Estate Group, Hoboken Brownstone Co. and McKinney Properties at a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially open The Enclave, a new 260 luxury apartment development.
Located at 675 Monmouth St., the Minno & Wasko-designed building includes more than 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. The project was intended to complement the neighborhood's existing mix of retail, dining and cultural attractions while offering a convenient launching point to Manhattan, Downtown Jersey City and Hoboken.
