Developer LMC is nearing completion of Radiant and has launched leasing efforts. The 18-story, 329-unit apartment building will see it first tenants move in later this month.

Radiant is located in the Welton Corridor of Downtown Denver at 2100 Welton Street. The property has 3,500 square feet of retail space, panoramic views of the Mile High City skyline and is equipped with high-tech features throughout the units.
