Sundt Bolsters Development Team

The construction company has promoted Melissa Moreno and hired Shawn Blubaum in talent development.

Sundt Construction has promoted Melissa Moreno to director of administrative talent development, and it has hired Shawn Blubaum as the VP and director of operations talent development. The two will work to grow Sundt's talent development and training programs.

With more than 20 years in the construction market, Moreno will manage the development, facilitation and training, career development and leadership programs for Sundt's administrative personnel.

Blubaum, who also brings 20 years of experience to the position, will provide operations personnel with specialized training opportunities.
